Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to join our team. If you have a love for swimming and enjoy educating others, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Teach swimming skills and techniques to students of all ages and skill levels
- Plan and conduct swim lessons in a safe and supportive environment
- Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their swimming abilities
- Ensure the safety of all participants during swim lessons
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents or guardians
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in swim instruction and qualifications ASA level 2 or STA Award is a must.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with individuals of all ages
- Must hold a up to date DBS, Safeguarding certificate and RLSS water rescue qualification
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From 20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.5 per week
