Pool Manager - Full Time

Red Lodge Community Pool is a swimming pool based in Vermont Close, Southampton. We are a Registered Charity and responsible for our funding. We offer swimming sessions to a broad spectrum of client groups and swimming lessons to children and adult 1:1 swimming lessons.

The role is full-time, Monday - Friday, 40.0 hours per week

Permanent position

Hours to be discussed at interview, but flexibility is required

Salary will be dependent upon skills and experience (25000 - 32000)

Please be advised, the role is to commence 13th October 2025 (depending on the candidate's notice period)

Responsibilities to include :

? Overall safe running of the pool.

? Staff rostering ensuring safety and correct qualifications of staff on duty.

? Candidate will be required to teach swimming lessons in accordance with the Swim England syllabus (Level 2 swim teacher award)

? Reliable and consistent ability to prioritise and manage own time effectively.

? Experience of implementing Health and Safety at swimming pools e.g., Risk Assessments, NOP/EAP.

The successful candidate must have:

? Current NPLQ

? Pool Plant Room Operator's Certificate(preferable)

? Excellent customer service experience

? Job is subject to receipt of a clear Enhanced DBS Certificate and references.
