WHAT TO EXPECT

An opportunity excists to lead our design, virtual development and physical validation of Powertrain Cooling Systems for Jaguar Land Rover Vehicles. This will provide you with the opportnity to:

• Be involved in the development of the Cooling systems concept designs, specifications and integration for future JLR BEV Vehicles
• Lead the Cooling System Concepts functional requirements and report the system functional/performance status.
• Provide technical support and assistance across the operational team on topics relating to the integration and harmonisation of the cooling system components including issue resolution and objective data analysis.
• Collaborate with Technical Specialist, Subject Matter Experts and Attributes on Function Forward Strategies, including new Function Definition and Failure Mode Avoidance

WHAT YOU\'LL NEED

You\'ll come to this role with a sound understanding of the Design and Development Process of complex automotive thermal systems and experience in thermal system concept creation and development. You\'ll have experience of system definition, system architecture development, requirements specification, design/performance modelling, systems integration, system assessment and acceptance. In addition, you\'ll have exposure to project management, requirements management and systems engineering
