Job Description

UCFB are looking for a Systems Analyst to join the Transformation and Technology Team.


The role is part of the team responsible for supporting the use and operation of applications within an assigned portfolio, including individual application functionality, configuration and operation, and its associated technical operating environment (including, but not limited to file systems, databases, interfaces, integrations, OS, and delivery platform).


The range of activities will cover the prioritisation, coordination and/or supervision of reactive support, problem management, planned maintenance, and small changes as appropriate. The role will also contribute to change projects as assigned.

Maintain application support processes and check that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures Designing, evaluating and document system components using established modelling techniques, standards, and methodologies to meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Develop comprehensive software implementation procedures with robust contingency plans. Apply technical expertise to investigate and resolve complex system software issues, requesting action from supplier if required.
