Salary starting from 18,614 (Aged 16) or 25,721 (Aged 18+) with guaranteed increases provided in line with service length, 22.5 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with service, and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates

Are you a detail-oriented systems professional with a passion for data accuracy and process improvement? We're looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team in Edinburgh. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across systems, supporting business operations, and solving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role





Reporting to the Systems & Data Manager, you'll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining EDI processes, managing invoicing and reconciliation tasks, and supporting ad-hoc reporting across the business. You'll also perform a range of system tasks during early and late shifts on a rotational basis.



Key Responsibilities:



Monitor EDI processes for ordering and invoicing, resolving issues and customer queries. Run ad-hoc and repeat data requests using templates and historical examples. Manage shared inbox queries from internal teams and external customers. Perform system tasks such as data uploads, payments, and shipments during shift rotations. Support reconciliation of the Hong Kong Post account and key customer accounts. Resolve system errors related to wave packing, wave call-offs, and web imports.


About You



You're a proactive and analytical thinker with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You're comfortable working with data, systems, and stakeholders across different teams and geographies.



What You'll Bring:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Epicor or other ERP systems (preferred). Familiarity with SQL query development and bulk data uploads. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Teams). Experience with SharePoint and direct customer contact (advantageous). Ability to work effectively with global teams and across departments.


The role operates on a rotating shift basis. Monday to Friday 08:39-15:45 or 10:39-17:45. Shifts rotate up to every other week (with some flexibility)
