System Implementation Manager

The Role

As our

System Implementation Manager

, you'll work closely with our IT team, leadership, and department heads to deliver new digital systems that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience across the business.

You'll be a key driver of USP's digital transformation - from planning and rollout to training and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of new business systems and software, ensuring smooth integration with existing processes. Collaborate with the IT team and department managers to map workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage project timelines, testing phases, and stakeholder communication throughout implementation. Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure adoption and effective use of new systems. Monitor system performance and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in system implementation, IT project management, or business systems analysis. Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or warehouse management systems (experience with system migration or integration is a plus). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to bridge technical and operational needs. Passionate about technology, innovation, and process improvement.
