We have an exciting opportunity to join our Talent team here at Publicis Groupe. Our Talent team, traditionally known as HR, is responsible in partnering across our dedicated brands ensuring that the needs of the business are met accordingly.

Talent is made up of experienced and passionate individuals who cover all elements of Talent - Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management & Talent Operations.

This role will be working closely alongside the Talent Acquisition Team. You will play a vital role in maintaining our high performance and in helping to continue build an agency which includes some of the best people in the industry.

In this fast-paced environment, you will be the first point of contact for all Talent Acquisition administrative related queries through the entire Candidate and hiring team journey

Although the role is influenced heavily by the day-to-day admin, you will have exposure to all areas of our Talent team and will be encouraged to build on new ways on improving our processes to promote effective change.

Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships at all levels both within the Talent team, the wider agency and candidates ensuring that each query is dealt with in a sensitive manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring efficient communication between candidates and hiring team.
  • Prepare and organize events related to talent acquisition activities such as career fairs, early careers\xe2\x80\x99 programs and assessment days etc.
  • Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy, ensuring all candidates are added.
  • Monitoring advert job quality and manage a job posting on various platform ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s been proof-read for any spelling mistakes and has a cohesive consistent formatting.
  • Track and manage employee referrals.
  • Gather data and generate reports to contribute to data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage various team administration tasks including raising purchase orders.
  • Support on talent projects as and when required, general ad hoc tasks to support wider team & upskill personal experience.
Qualifications

About you:
  • Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude to get stuck in with a variety of tasks.
  • Ambitious to develop a career in talent acquisition and/or talent operations
  • Interested in working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Detail orientated and organised with the ability to be able to handle varied workload.
  • Able to multi-task with a strong ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Confident with using Microsoft office \xe2\x80\x93 Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent problem-solving skills to tackle challenges resourcefully.
  • Resilient person who welcomes change & has a continuous improvement/growth mindset.
  • A team player who cares for our collective success as well as your own
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

This role is a level 3 apprenticeship and not appropriate if you hold a degree
