Job Summary

We're looking for a highly capable and driven Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People team. You'll work directly with department heads and leadership to manage and accelerate our hiring roadmap -- from critical leadership roles to operational and integration hires.

Skills & Responsbillities required as an Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisiton Lead

Experience in a fast-paced recruitment or internal talent function. Strong direct sourcing skills and an understanding of how to approach passive candidates. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -- able to work confidently with hiring managers at all levels. Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g. Workable, Lever, Teamtailor) and recruitment tracking/reporting. Comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple open roles simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Experience hiring into the technology, IT/cyber, telecoms or managed services space. Exposure to hiring during M&A or scale-up phases. Previous experience recruiting for both commercial (Sales, Ops, CX) and technical (Service Desk, Cyber, Project Delivery) roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
