What you will do




We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Talent Acquisition Lead to join our incredible team. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical professionals. You will play a critical role in partnering with our leadership team to develop our recruitment strategy, managing and developing our recruitment processes, managing recruitment teams, fully owning recruitment pipelines, and ensuring that we continue to hire outstanding individuals who align with our company culture and value. Key responsibilities include:


Partnering with our leadership team to identify their talent needs and defining a recruitment strategy Leading full-cycle recruitment for all roles, including sourcing, screening, closing candidates, and managing communications Managing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring that it is done in a timely and efficient manner Managing and advising hiring teams on recruitment processes to ensure they are aligned with firm needs Building and managing a strong talent pipeline and maintaining relationships with passive candidates Optimizing recruiting workflows and tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, job boards) for efficiency and effectiveness Champion a positive candidate experience that reflects our values and commitment to excellence Analyzing recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and improve performance Managing third-party recruiters and strategic partners that will support us on our growth initiatives

Who you are




5+ of experience in technical consulting recruitment Deep understanding of technical roles (e.g., data engineers, analytics consultants, decision scientists, analytics strategists etc.) and the tools and skills associated with them. Experience in full management of an ATS platform and communications Experience recruiting within consulting or professional services environments is a plus Demonstrated success in building diverse candidate pipelines. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
