TALENT ACQUISITION LEAD



BELFOR provides a comprehensive service for a variety of insurance companies by reinstating their customers' homes after flood or fire damage and is undergoing rapid growth primarily in London. The role is responsible for initiating a large-scale recruitment drive over a period of 6 - 8 months to support both the organisation transformation and the new system implementation programmes.

ROLE PURPOSE



The role is a temporary position to deliver key resources required by the new system implementation programme as well as to support the resources required for the rollout of new ways of working across the London area. There are circa 140 roles that will need to be recruited via a combination of internal and external recruitment including permanent, temporary, fixed term contract and contractor resources.

KEY OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Large Scale Recruitment Strategy & Plan:


Refine the current draft large scale recruitment strategy for management approval and support. Develop and maintain a detailed plan identifying timelines and key milestones needed to achieve the recruitment goals of the transformation and new system implementation programmes.

Develop & Maintain a Talent Pipeline:


Develop and maintain a talent pipeline that supports ongoing recruitment waves ensuring recruitment of high quality skilled and experienced resources.

Develop & Maintain Repeatable Recruitment Processes:


Develop and maintain repeatable recruitment processes working with internal HR resources to maximise existing best practice and introduce new improved recruitment methods.

Develop Initiatives to Drive Recruitment Progress:


Develop initiatives such as employee referral schemes, branding, networking and trade body collaboration to increase the throughput of qualified applicants.

Develop & Maintain Performance Reports:


Develop and maintain weekly and monthly recruitment performance reports with actionable insights and trend analysis.

Support and Guide Onboarding Activities:


Support and guide onboarding activities by working closely with internal HR and operational resources to ensure they have timely and adequate notice of new resources as well as monitoring induction and equipment provisioning to ensure a smooth overall joining process.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



Proven track record of delivering large-scale recruitment programmes with measurable success.

Ideally experience in the insurance restoration and reinstatement industry or similar operational environments.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive performance improvements.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and workforce planning.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Located in London or prior working knowledge/experience of the London recruitment market.

QUALIFICATIONS (beneficial)



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) certification or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management). LinkedIn Recruiter Certification or other sourcing tools. Familiarity with HRIS platforms, recruitment analytics, and workforce planning tools. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Workday, or iCIMS.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
