As a Talent Acquisition Partner at TTP, you'll be a critical part of our efforts to attract and hire exceptional talent across a diverse range of technical, commercial, and operational roles.
You'll lead end-to-end hiring processes and build trusted relationships with your stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and helping them grow their teams.
This is a role where thoughtfulness matters more than volume - we focus on high-quality hiring, without the distraction of KPIs or arbitrary targets.
We're looking for someone with strong recruitment instincts and a thoughtful, hands-on approach.
You'll likely bring:
Experience in an in-house talent acquisition role, or a background in agency recruitment, with a focus on sourcing hard-to-find, high-calibre candidates.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships, particularly with senior stakeholders.
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms to manage sourcing and candidate pipelines.
Confidence managing end-to-end hiring processes - from role briefing and sourcing through to interviews, feedback, and offer.
The ability to write engaging, inclusive job adverts and thoughtful outreach messages that reflect our tone and culture.
A practical understanding of recruitment best practices, with a mindset of continuous improvement - including a considered and transparent approach to using AI.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to be fully on-site 5 days a week.
Adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving business needs.
