We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition partner to join our global team. Taking a regional approach (or global as required by the business). You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process taking on a full end to end process starting with manager briefings through to managing candidates and negotiating offers. We are looking for an experienced person who can add additional value by providing strategic guidance, market updates and quantitative data to the business. From time to time you will be required to own and deliver small workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the full end to end recruitment process at Klipboard taking ownership of your assigned jobs and candidate relationships. Proactively engage candidates for your open jobs ensuring a diverse and competent shortlist of candidates is presented to the business. Continually monitor and review open and anticipated vacancies, creating a talent pipeline and ensure attraction and selection plans are adapted in order to achieve business requirements. Define the attraction strategy for each open role utilising sourcing tools such as LinkedIn. Find innovative ways/tools to source best candidates whilst supporting continuous improvement to meet current and future business requirements. Drive best recruitment practice within the business, supporting operational leadership with advice and guidance, training and development, interview frameworks, tools and tactics as required. Conduct market, competitor analysis and benchmarking in alignment with business needs. Manage and ensure the data you add to our ATS / HR systems is clean and accurate. Partner with HR Business Partners and operational management to support in talent management and succession planning and career development. Provide data as requested by the business. Build and develop internal stakeholder relationships. Support the EVP team, promoting candidate engagement and company initiatives Occasionally you will represent Klipboard at external events such as career fairs and industry events.

Any other duties as requested that are commensurate with the role.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:




You must evidence your previous experience of managing end to end internal recruitment. Comfortable working in a diverse and often fast paced environment whilst acting as a trusted adviser to your stakeholders. While the post holder will be responsible for a specific geography/business they will be expected to support colleagues responsible for other geographies/businesses, including supporting ad-hoc large-scale resourcing campaigns/initiatives.


Essential

Extensive recruitment and resourcing experience within a high-volume, multi skilled environment. Ideally across more than one country. Demonstrable experience of creating innovative resourcing strategies utilising a wide range of attraction methods /tools (expert user of LinkedIn). A background in working within an internal recruitment process ideally across multiple or global locations with a variety of different skill sets/roles Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to collect, analyse and present recruitment data to stakeholders. Knowledge of streamlining workflows or making process improvements. Knowledge of ATS and other HR systems Good knowledge in using social media for attraction and EVP. Ability to understand business drivers and react to change in a positive way. Influencing skills- proven ability to leverage internal networks. Coaching skills. Good commercial acumen and negotiating skills Flexible and adaptable and able to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving work environment.
