Ocean Infinity is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team and play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent across a diverse mix of specialist roles and international geographies.
This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruitment role with strategic influence. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders to support growth across a variety of disciplines--from niche subsea technology and engineering to shared services functions.
What will you do:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business units and international locations; Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, build hiring plans, and design inclusive, effective recruitment processes; Source, engage, and nurture top-tier talent using a blend of proactive sourcing, ATS pipelines, networks, and external platforms; Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience in every interaction; Support employer branding initiatives, including job advertising, careers page content, and social media campaigns; Manage the offer process from end to end, including salary benchmarking, preparing and presenting offers, and leading negotiations to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and internal frameworks; Track and report on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health, and DEI progress; Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist on process improvement, hiring tool adoption (including ATS), and workforce planning; Build and maintain relationships with hiring teams across regions, ensuring local hiring compliance and cultural fit; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence across specialist markets.

Who you are:Proven experience as an internal recruiter, in-house talent partner or agency recruiter; Experience hiring across a broad range of functions (e.g. tech, operations, commercial, engineering, or finance); Demonstrated ability to recruit internationally and manage hiring across time zones and cultures; Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels; Adept at sourcing and engaging passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities can shift; Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern hiring tools; A passion for candidate experience, process efficiency, and diversity in hiring; Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team; Ability to take ownership and engagement in the work; Integrity, credibility and maturity for confidential issues; Strong communication skills; Enthusiastic about protecting people and the planet.

Desirable:Experience in the shipping/maritime/offshore industry; Workday proficient.

Salary for this position: up to 50,000 per annum
Salary: The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
