Talent Acquisition Partner - kinderzimmer UK Location: London, Baker Street
Job type: Full time, permanent, hybrid office, 40 hours per week
Salary: \xc2\xa323,000-\xc2\xa340,000, dependant on experience

The Role A Talent Acquisition Partner at kinderzimmer UK holds a pivotal role in the organisation\'s People Team and talent management endeavours. The core responsibilities encompass identifying and attracting top talent to join the company, conducting in-depth candidate assessments, and overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle. Working in tandem with hiring managers and department heads, a Talent Acquisition Partner will comprehend the staffing requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and design recruitment strategies. Furthermore, Talent Acquisition Partners ensure a positive candidate experience by conducting interviews, assessing candidates for qualifications and cultural alignment. They are also instrumental in shaping onboarding processes, fostering employee retention initiatives, and championing diversity and inclusivity within kinderzimmer UK. You will report directly into the Head of Talent, and you will be a key member in supporting the expansion of our rapidly growing nursery group. The role requires a blend of strong interpersonal, organisation and excellent communication skills Key responsibilities
  • Identify and source top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, job fairs and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, selection, offering, and onboarding.
  • Carry out compliance checks in line with SAFER recruitment requirements.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure the right talent is brought into kinderzimmer UK.
  • Maintain a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
  • Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure transparency in the recruitment process for stake holders
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process and the organisation.

Essential
  • Educated to Undergraduate Level, or CIPD Level 5 in People Management or above
  • Experience in a HR, Talent acquisition or recruitment-based role
  • Background in Early Years or Education (Desirable, not essential)

  • A passionate self-starter that is able to work autonomously towards targets
  • Excels in organisation, with the ability to balance workloads across multiple projects and nursery settings at once - to a high standard
  • Exceptional communication and drive to provide first-class candidate experience
