Role Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs and define job specs.
Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and events.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing to onboarding.
Build talent pipelines across Holiferm.
Represent Holiferm at events and university fairs.
Promote our employer brand through engaging candidate experiences.
Maintain recruitment data and report on key metrics.
Ensure smooth onboarding, including orientation and training.
Verify right to work documentation and ensure compliance.
Conduct reference checks to validate candidate credentials.
Support cross-functional initiatives, including marketing and business development.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (in-house or agency), ideally within science, biotech, or engineering sectors.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Naturally team-oriented, with a genuine enthusiasm for fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.
Positive and solutions-focused, always looking for ways to support others and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., resume screening, candidate matching, chatbots, or predictive analytics) to enhance sourcing and selection efficiency.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally TALOS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events and conferences.
Basic understanding of scientific or engineering concepts and a genuine interest in sustainability and innovation.
Desirable Attributes
Experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
Background in science, biotech, chemical engineering, or green technology sectors.
Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
Experience with international recruitment and visa processes.
