The Talent Acquisition Resourcer is a junior role within the team, and responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing and qualifying candidates.

You will support our Talent Acquisition Leads with advertising, CV screening, market mapping, sourcing via multiple channels, phone interviews, taking detailed candidate notes, keeping the ATS up to date and accurate, and supporting the hiring process.

You will have an excellent knowledge of our ATS, advertising partners and be a positive force in the team, with excellent candidate communication skills.

This role will look after resourcing for Project Management and Production roles, however experience in that space is not essential.

Specifically, you will:

  • Support your manager to implement the Inclusive Hiring Strategy, ensuring that you are aware of your own biases at all times
  • Lead sourcing activities for roles within your specialism
  • Become an agency ambassador, developing strong internal relationships, and being able to confidently talk about our agencies, work and culture to candidates
  • Use the appropriate channels and methods to source candidates
  • Manage a portfolio of candidates by remaining in close contact with individuals throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers
  • Keep our ATS up to date with and ensure our data is accurate
  • Suggest ways to improve our administrative processes such as interview scheduling, by working with your manager and TA Ops and recommending streamlined ways of working

  • Confidently own all administration and coordination for the roles you are supporting on, ensuring the process runs smoothly and at all stages
  • Work with your manager to help solve problems regarding TA coordination and suggest improvements so these problems are minimised
  • Hold a detailed knowledge of open, pending and filled vacancies you are working on by keeping our ATS up to date, and accurate, with candidate and vacancy information
  • Make recommendations to improve processes, and work with the wider team to update these where appropriate
  • Begin to build your knowledge of where the best talent in market could be found, through reviewing source of hire and reviewing our advertising successes
Stakeholder Management
  • Develop strong internal relationships, as well as longer terms candidate associations through strong written and verbal communication
  • Ensure all communications/interactions are clear and concise

  • Act as main point of contact for all recruitment queries for candidates you are managing through the hiring process, ensure they are responded to quickly and efficiently
