Lead junior-level hiring and support Guest Experience recruitment Partner with hiring managers and keep our pipelines strong Post roles, manage our ATS, and keep things running smoothly Bring fresh ideas to employer branding and social media content Step in with coordination and admin when needed

To be successful you'll bring...

Experience in sourcing or talent acquisition (agency or in-house) Great communication and strong attention to detail Confidence using ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters is a plus) Interest in employer branding and social storytelling Bonus if you speak a second European language (German, Italian, Spanish or French)
