Sector Global is seeking a highly organised and proactive
Talent & Resource Coordinator
to support the smooth running of our people, projects, and operations.

This new role combines recruitment coordination, quality assurance, resource planning, and day-to-day operational support. You'll work closely with project leads, management, and contractors to make sure we have the right people in the right place at the right time ensuring projects run efficiently and our team remains supported and engaged.
You'll also help maintain our internal processes, policies, and systems, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Coordination & Recruitment
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for both staff and contractors, from writing job descriptions to managing interviews and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of team and contractor availability, skillsets, and project allocations.
Support new starter inductions and ensure consistent onboarding experiences.
Assist with developing and maintaining a strong talent pool for upcoming projects.
Resource Planning & Project Allocation
Work with project leads to allocate team members and contractors according to project timelines and capacity.
Liaise weekly with contractors to confirm assignments, schedules, and deliverables.
Maintain a live overview of team resourcing and highlight potential gaps or conflicts early.
Support planning for future workloads, helping forecast hiring or contractor needs.
Quality Control & Performance Oversight
Review work outputs to ensure quality and alignment with Sector Global standards.
Gather feedback from managers to identify areas for improvement.
Help coordinate internal reviews, training sessions, and performance tracking.
Office & Operational Support
Support internal meetings, company events, and cross-team communications.
Contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows and tools.
Policies, Procedures & Compliance
Help maintain and update company policies, procedures, and templates.
Ensure operational documentation and HR records remain accurate and compliant.
Support audits, policy rollouts, and internal communications regarding updates.
Skills & Attributes
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Experience coordinating recruitment, resources, or HR administration.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
