Job Description


A leading home care provider is looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic processes that support the growth of its network by optimising its recruitment potential.

You will create and manage recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain the best talent in the industry into their Support Centre and across their network of offices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build strategic, effective and innovative recruitment and retention processes for the network and the Support Centre.
  • Manage strong working relationships with recruitment partners to deliver the best outcomes for the businesses.
  • Share insight and best HR practices across the business with an excellent understanding of the current market conditions.
  • Become the internal expert to advise the business and wider network on the best ways to recruit and retain talent.
  • Deliver, support and advise the network on recruitment and retention strategies using various methods.
  • Achieve a variety of realistic annual KPIs relating to recruitment and retention figures.
Key qualities:
  • Comfortable managing external suppliers and conversing with a wide range of personnel at differing levels, both within the business and the network of business owners.
  • Capable of working with multiple offices of various sizes and being at ease influencing others to build plans, monitor progress and challenge where necessary.
  • Able to lead and conduct recruitment meetings, define interview processes and share market intelligence with key stakeholders in the business.
  • Extremely passionate and driven on everything recruitment.
  • Content to act strategically, as well as tactically.
Qualifications:
  • Strong track record in delivering Talent Acquisition Strategy.
  • Experience in designing and delivering retention ideas and solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and external partners at all levels.
Office based in West Sussex (with one day work from home and flexible timings that can be discussed during the interview)
