We're seeking a proactive, organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join us during an exciting and busy period. In this role, you'll be the engine that keeps our recruitment processes running smoothly--ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. What we expect from you as a Talent Coordinator
Support the end-to-end recruitment process: schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and create a seamless hiring experience.
Manage our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable for hiring teams.
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to maintain job postings and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
Keep candidates and internal stakeholders informed with timely updates, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Assist with recruitment reporting, tracking progress against hiring goals and delivering meaningful insights.
Maintain and refine internal documentation to ensure scalable, consistent recruitment processes.
Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to talent campaigns, events, and social media content.
Partner with the People team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee, helping deliver a positive onboarding experience.
Who you are
Previous experience in a recruitment or coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced or tech environment.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate data management and clear communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for improving processes and creating efficiencies.
Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
