We are delighted to offer the opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Support Manager to join our dynamic Talent, OD and Inclusion Team in HEIW. As the Talent, OD and Inclusion Project Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the 'National Succession Planning & Talent Management Strategy for NHS Wales.
We're looking for a self-motivated, organised individual with a proactive approach to problem solving to provide high level project and administration support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. In this varied role, you'll have the chance to work across all areas of the team co-ordinating a range of activities including event planning, course organisation and information analysis.
This is a secondment post until 30 November 2026
Main duties of the job
As a member of the Talent OD and inclusion team within HEIW the postholder will manage elements of specific projects as delegated.
Provide administrative and technical support to Programme Managers.
Formulate and monitor projects to ensure their successful delivery.
Provide training.
Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
