We're looking for a Talent Partner to join our growing People team, with a focus on Engineering and Product hiring. If you're energised by the challenge of scaling engineering and product teams in fast-moving environments, and love being at the centre of strategy, storytelling, and search, this could be your next big move. At the heart of this role is people--finding curious, driven minds who thrive on building, solving, and innovating.

What You'll Be Doing:

Partnering closely with Engineering and Product leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies. Managing full-cycle recruitment--from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding. Building strong pipelines of engaged candidates and nurturing relationships over time. Help improve processes, shape hiring culture, and contribute to employer branding efforts. Use data to provide insights, track progress, and inform decisions at every step.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years proven experience recruiting for Engineering and Product roles. Confident sourcing across a range of platforms, with a focus on quality and long-term fit. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers. A people-first mindset and a passion for great candidate experiences. Previous RPO experience advantageous
