Talent Specialist (freelance Position)

This is a Remote Position available in Italy, Spain, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Americas, the Philippines, and India.

Role Overview




The Talent Specialist will contribute to the successful delivery of a range of global talent and learning initiatives. The role is designed to provide strong support in the execution of projects and programs, working in close partnership with HRIS team and P&C to ensure activities are delivered effectively, on time, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities



Support the delivery of talent projects, including Skills Framework, Pay Transparency, Performance Evaluation, and Leadership Development. Assist in the design and coordination of talent programs related to new frameworks, processes, and tools, gathering requirements, track progress, and preparing reports. Maintain project and training documentation, presentations, and tracking tools. Collaborate with HRIS team, P&C, business, and external partners to gather inputs and ensure alignment. Track progress and highlight potential risks or issues to project leaders. Support testing of talent tools and systems to ensure alignment with training materials and user experience. Support the development of training materials (presentations, user guides, e-learning outlines) in collaboration with subject matter experts and trainers. Provide logistical and operational support for training delivery, including scheduling, feedback reporting and follow-ups. Analyze data and feedback to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements. Support change management activities for employees and managers.

Requirements



Education & Experience



Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Information Technology, Education). Solid experience in HR, Talent Management, or HR transformation projects, ideally within an international and complex organization. Strong project coordination and execution skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of skills frameworks, job architecture, performance management, and/or training program design is a strong plus. Experience developing or supporting training programs, materials, or delivery. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience as a consultant or contractor on HR/Talent or training projects is an advantage. Fluency in English required. Knowledge of Workday is a preferred qualification.
Some global business travel may be required.

This is a contractor/consultant role, with responsibilities spanning both talent projects and training delivery support.
