Senior Employee Relations Consultant to cover a 1 years Maternity Contract starting, ideally, on the 2nd October.

The role will be hybrid with the offices located in Bracknell and it is expected that the successful candidate will work from the offices a minimum 2 to 3 times per week and travel to other European countries 10% of the time.

This is an exciting position with a lot of variety and opportunity to join a high-performing Global People Team on a 12 month contract working in their Employee Relations team supporting the UK and Continental Europe!

As the Senior Employee Relations support you will be involved in the support of the UK employee population and work within a close team to cover the EMEA region: UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Spain and The Netherlands covering a number of different division: Sales & Marketing, Global Services, Innovation and Cloud Engineering, Product Support and General & Administration.

You will be counted on to advise and influence leadership on all aspects of people management and leadership and build exceptional HR consulting capabilities that ensure the Company continues to be a great place to work. You will work closely with Management, Legal, and our HRBPs in the implementation.

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations Expertise. Become the Go to Subject Matter Expert for Employee Relations within the UK, providing advice and counsel to managers, employees, HRBP\xe2\x80\x99s and HR Leaders regarding HR policies and best practices. Handle performance management, investigations, terminations, employee/customer complaints, labour relations and policy administration.

HR Generalist Support: Provide comprehensive HR generalist support, actively participating in projects and various HR-related initiatives.

Proactive Problem Solving: Take a proactive approach to address the root causes of employee concerns, implementing systematic solutions that foster a positive work environment.

Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with leadership teams and the HRBPs to provide strategic guidance on all aspects of people management and leadership.

Organizational Optimization: Work in conjunction with management and our HRBPs to enhance organizational performance, talent management, coaching, employee development, change management, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Data-Driven Insights: Compile and analyze statistical reports to extract meaningful insights on trends, which will be shared with both business stakeholders and the HRBPs/Organization Effectiveness Leadership team.

Role and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of impactful areas, including:

The Successful candidate will offer:

  • CIPD Level 5 and above
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in HR/Employee Relations.
  • Extensive knowledge of UK employment law.
Your ideal background/Skills and Attributes:
  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in organisational design, coaching, team building, compensation, employee relations, training, and HR program implementation.
  • Collaborative and customer-focused with the ability to build trust and develop strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Comfortable challenging the status-quo.
  • Ability to influence and drive priorities with senior management.
  • Software/high tech industry experience preferred.
  • Prior work experience driving strategic priorities influencing the business.
  • Ability to communicate in German, Dutch, French and/or Spanish in addition to English will be a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
