Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food production. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Develop new menu items and specials that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a kitchen environment. Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals. In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Culinary experience with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, along with a commitment to continuous improvement in culinary skills.
