Responsibilities

Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and hygiene standards
Lead team management activities such as scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation effectively
Innovate new recipes and menu items to keep offerings fresh and appealing
Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly during busy service periods, maintaining organisation and cleanliness
Qualifications
Proven experience in a culinary or kitchen management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
Extensive knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
