We are seeking a talented and passionate Tandoori Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and kitchen tandoori serving, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills and a commitment to food safety.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen area.
Assist in menu planning, including seasonal offerings and special dietary requirements.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards in food handling.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience as aTandoori Chef or in a similar culinary role within a professional kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and food safety practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred but not essential.
