We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, presentation, and service standards.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain stock levels.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presented attractively for guests.
Skills
Proven supervising experience in a kitchen environment.
Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Solid culinary experience with a passion for cooking and hospitality.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills.
