As a Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our restaurant delivers exceptional dining experiences while adhering to the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of food production and preparation in the kitchen. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness within the kitchen. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods. Assist in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards before serving.

Skills

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines, with a passion for culinary arts. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
