Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the tattoo studio, ensuring a smooth workflow and high standards of cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for clients. Oversee front desk activities, including appointment scheduling and client inquiries. Utilise social media management skills to promote the studio and engage with the community. Maintain effective communication with clients regarding their needs and preferences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the studio environment. Offer guest services that enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within the beauty or wellness industry is preferred. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in marketing and client engagement. Skills in front desk operations and guest services are highly desirable. Experience in additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, makeup application, or barbering would be advantageous but not essential. A passion for creating a positive client experience and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism within the studio.
