We are looking for a well-mannered, enthusiastic person to work in our busy call-handling office. You must have good keyboard skills and good local knowledge of the Inverness area. You will be expected to work weekends and work with a team.
Good telephone skills and customer care skills are helpful, as you will be dealing mainly with telephone calls coming in but also face-to-face with customers using our city office to book their taxis.

Must be available to work weekends.
Part-time hours.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
Work Location: In person
