About this Role




Due to continued significant growth we are looking for a teacher of Drama to join our dedicated, supportive team. We welcome applications from teachers at all stages of their careers, for ECTs, a full induction will be provided based on the Early Career Framework.

About you




Our students are hard-working, polite and eager to learn and we are looking for an individual who is proactive, flexible and able to communicate clearly and effectively across all platforms, maintaining high expectations of learning, achievement and behaviour, contributing to whole school improvement, inspiring our students and making a positive contribution to our ethos and values.


Key Responsibilities:

A passion for drama and teaching. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality drama lessons. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Use a variety of resources and technology to enhance learning. Assess and monitor student progress. Provide constructive feedback to students to aid in their development. Organise and participate in extracurricular activities related to drama. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure a cohesive learning experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to motivate and inspire students.
