Your Role:
Provide
1:1 and small group support
for pupils with SEND, encouraging both academic and personal growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to create anurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
. Support the delivery ofinteractive lessons
across the curriculum to spark curiosity and participation. Track pupil progress and shareconstructive feedback
with staff and parents. Reflect on your practice and take opportunities forongoing professional development

Experience supporting children in a
school or care environment
. A reference confirming yourexperience working with pupils
. AnEnhanced DBS
on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). Ability tocommute to or live locally in Watford
