Your Responsibilities:

Provide

1:1 and small group support

for pupils with SEND Deliver

academic interventions

in core subjects to boost confidence and progress Assist teachers in creating a

nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Support interactive lessons that spark curiosity and classroom participation Track pupil progress and share

meaningful feedback

with staff and families Engage in ongoing

professional development

to grow your skills

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children in a

school or care setting

A reference confirming your experience

Enhanced DBS

on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Ability to commute to or live locally in

Watford
