We wish to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner who is dedicated to enabling pupils to achieve their personal best.

The successful candidate will:

• Be happy to work as part of a team
• Prepare learning materials and adapt teaching support according to children\'s needs
• Look after children\'s physical, social and emotional welfare
• Create an interesting environment for the children they are supporting
• Keep records and attend review meetings and work with professionals such as speech and language therapists.
• Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour
• Have an interest in fostering an inclusive ethos in your work

In this role you will:

• Ensure children\'s needs are catered for in lessons
• Provide verbal and written feedback on lesson content, pupil responses to learning activities and pupil behaviour, to teachers and pupils
• Promote and support the inclusion of all pupils, including those with specific needs.

The person appointed will have high expectations of learners and be an excellent practitioner with the ability to work as a team member. We are looking for someone with a positive, out-going, caring and nurturing approach, who are creative and firmly focused on maximising the progress of pupils.
