Providing 1:1 support to pupils with SEN or additional needs Encouraging independence and engagement in learning Supporting with emotional regulation and routines Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs
You'll need:
Experience with children or young people (in or out of school settings) Calm, nurturing and reliable approach Available 5 days a week for consistent support Knowledge of SEN (ASD, SEMH, ADHD) is an advantage
