Salary: Voluntary Living Wage 12.60 per hour + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits



Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year



Contract: Part Time, Fixed Term from September 01 2025 until August 31st 2027



Start date: September 2025

We're looking for a dedicated teaching assistant apprentice to join our warm and welcoming team at Brockworth Primary Academy.

You're someone who'll be able to:





Improve the learning and attainment of students while also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. Support students so that they can; access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement. Provide classroom and phonics support in partnership with teachers Deliver interventions for groups of children or individuals independently

You're someone who has:





Motivation and enthusiasm Understanding of pupil's learning needs, including specific SEND needs, in order to support their access to lesson content. The skills to help students to develop independent learning skills. Ability to deliver individual and small group targeted interventions. A level 2 qualification in a relevant subject is essential (ie English and Maths GCSEs)

The role is due to commence from September 2025. This is a part time, fixed term position for two years.
