Responsibilities:

Actively engage in supporting students' daily learning and developmental activities. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with in primary setting. Participate in the continuous assessment, recording, and reporting of students' progress. Collaborate with the class teacher to facilitate lessons both within and outside the classroom environment. Support students during lessons and with additional interventions, focusing on their academic and personal development.

Requirements:

An Enhanced DBS check demonstrating suitability to work with children and young people. Previous experience working with children in primary school setting. A relevant teaching qualification demonstrating your knowledge of effective teaching practices. Confidence in communication with the ability to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and parents.
