We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic

Teaching Assistants

to join schools across Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, support students with their learning, and play a vital role in helping teachers deliver engaging lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons. Working with small groups or one-to-one to support learning and progress. Assisting pupils with additional needs, ensuring they are fully included in classroom activities. Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Supporting behaviour management and encouraging positive student engagement.

What we're looking for:

Experience working with children or young people (school-based or voluntary). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, patient, and flexible approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A genuine passion for supporting education and student development.

108 per day pay rate. Flexible roles to suit your availability (full-time, part-time, and day-to-day supply). Opportunities to gain experience across different schools in Bradford. Support and training to help you develop in your role.
