Job Description

Responsibilities:

Safeguarding is a priority and is everyone's responsibility. You will be expected to understand how to raise and report concerns. Training will be given to ensure that you are able to follow the correct procedures and how to identify potential child protection concerns

All pupils benefit from the directives of their EHCP. Most have social emotional and mental health needs. Experience of working with this profile would be desirable. Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities- Provide support and guidance to students in the classroom- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment- Work with individuals or small groups of students to reinforce learning concepts- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback experience: Previous experience working with children, especially those with special needs or autism, is preferred Experience/Interest in being a technician in a school previously would be an advantageous and we be be explored further. Knowledge of special education principles and practices Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues All applicants will be expected to follow the teachers standards, especially on conduct as set by the DfE.
