Your Role in Building Brighter Futures



We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team at Bridge Farm Primary School in Whitchurch, Bristol. This is a permanent, term-time role. You will be joining a passionate staff team committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all learners.

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children, is flexible, and has experience in classroom support. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support pupils' learning and wellbeing, ensuring that all children are supported to reach their full potential.

Has a variety of communication skills to respond to the needs of children Shows empathy and understanding of individual learning abilities Has knowledge and experience of working with children with communication and interaction difficulties Is confident in supporting the KS1 and KS2 curriculum Can build strong, respectful relationships with children and adults Has patience and a good sense of humour Is committed to going the extra mile for the children in their care Aligns with our Trust values and works positively, collaboratively and with a passion for inclusion

Start Date: 1st September 2025

Interviews: Held shortly after



Salary: 24,790 to 25,183 FTE (Pro rata: 18,708.55 to 19,005.14)



Contract: Term-time only + 5 INSET days, permanent
