We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Teaching Assistant
to join our friendly and committed team, supporting pupils in
Years 5 and 6
at our well-regarded primary school in
Bromley
.

You will play a key role in supporting both individuals and small groups of pupils, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally during the crucial final years of primary education.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to the class teacher and pupils in Years 5 and 6
Work with small groups or individual children, including those with additional needs
Help prepare learning materials and classroom displays
Foster a positive, nurturing learning environment
Support the school's values and uphold high expectations of behaviour and achievement
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience working with primary-aged children (ideally KS2)
Be patient, flexible, and highly motivated
Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - desirable but not essential)
