Teaching Assistant

Location: Bromley Common, Bromley

Ten10Talent are working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Bromley Common, Bromley who are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.

They have several sites that include opportunities to work in Mainstream primary schools, mainstream secondary schools and specialist SEN settings.

The school also offer permanent contracts after a trial period via the agency.

The role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties. Work 1:1 with students who require additional support (If necessary) Demonstrating a proactive and empathetic approach to supporting SEN students. Reflecting on and improving your practice through self-evaluation and CPD.
Candidate specification:

Experience working in a UK school setting (Or have relevant expierence) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to deliver lessons independently with professionalism and care
All applicants must be willing to undergo vetting checks as part of the school's commitment to Safeguarding and Anti-bullying. This will include:

Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through us) Two recent references Overseas Police Check (if applicable - for candidates who have lived outside the UK for 6+ months in the past 5 years)
