Primary Teaching Assistant - Chesterfield

We're looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in Chesterfield primary schools as the new term begins.

These roles are ideal for individuals who want to contribute to the day-to-day life of a classroom and build positive relationships with pupils and staff. For the right person, supply roles can often lead to longer-term opportunities within the same school.

Hours

: Full or part-time, depending on availability

Pay

: 13.77 - 15.07 per hour

What you'll be doing

:

Supporting pupils with their learning, both in class and in small groups Assisting with daily routines and classroom organisation Helping pupils with additional needs to stay engaged Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment

What we're looking for

:

Experience working with children or young people A calm, caring and proactive approach An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Availability to work in primary settings across the local area
