Your Role Will Include:

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to aid learning Encouraging children's social, emotional, and academic development Assisting with classroom organisation, preparation of resources, and displays Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children (school-based or other settings) - desirable but not essential A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work across different year groups and schools An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
