Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced & resilient TA to join our Outstanding SEN School in Gunnislake. These children will have a learning disability and need varying levels of support with all aspects of their life.

Experience in working in Early Years and with children who have learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, special educational and complex needs is essential.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, the ability to deal with complex needs and challenging behaviours whilst remaining clam and professional.

As a TA some of your day to day activities will include:

assisting and encouraging the children with their work supporting the children's behaviour personal care helping & encouraging the children to engage in activities and with peers

Salary 21.017.76 to 22,634.52 depending on qualifications and experience. Term time only contract, 36.25 hours per week.
