We are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants to work at Whipton Barton Federation. The salary is offered at Grade B, at 18,814 per annum. Working hours will be 33.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday over 38 weeks (term time) and an hour each day working as a Meal Time Assistant. This post is subject to satisfactory references, a probationary period and an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities for children.
- Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism.
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members.
- Assist with toddler care and supervision as needed.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a positive educational experience for all students.
