We are pleased to be able to offer an exciting opportunity to supplement the fantastic team here at Baycroft School. The most important qualities in you will be flexibility, optimism, a great sense of humour and a relentless aim for young people with SEND to achieve and progress.
In return we will ensure you are provided with quality induction and CPD, a supportive and fun team of 90+ colleagues and no two days are the same. The very wide range of needs in our 200 students mean that you will have experiences and opportunities not only to change the lives of our amazing young people through out the year but grow and develop in yourself, experiencing the deeply rewarding world of special education.
This would be an ideal role for someone interested in widening existing experience or pursuing Initial Teacher Training in due course.

The results of these tasks will determine whether the shortlisted applicants are then invited to remain on site for a formal interview.
