We are seeking to appoint two dedicated individuals to join our welcoming and experienced support team.
This is a demanding yet highly rewarding role, offering the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our students every day.
What
We're Looking For:
Essential: Previous experience in supporting students to achieve high-quality learning outcomes.
Desirable: A particular strength in literacy or numeracy support.
Valuable: Experience in delivering targeted interventions, especially in speech and language development and social skills.
You will work closely with the Class Teacher and Intervention Manager to support pupil progress and attainment. The role involves both one-to-one support and in-class assistance for students with a wide range of learning, medical, or behavioural needs.
We welcome applications from Teaching Assistants with backgrounds in both Primary and Secondary education.
Hours of work: 33 per week, over 39 weeks of the year (term-time plus 5 days).
Salary: FTE 25,583 (Pro rata 19,688)

The Learning Partnership is a new multi-academy trust that was formed on 1st September 2023 as a merger between The Learning Alliance and The Learning for Life Partnership.
