Synergy is working with our local Multi-Academy Trusts to appoint dedicated

Teaching Assistants

for both full-time and part-time opportunities within their schools.

As a

Teaching Assistant,

you will be responsible for supporting the lead teacher in maintaining a positive classroom environment and support children on a 1:1 basis where required.

The

Teaching Assistant

role will also open up the opportunity to support those with SEN needs to thrive and succeed on their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering educational content and managing classroom activities. Support students with special needs, including those with autism, through tailored instruction and mentoring. Foster a positive learning environment by promoting effective communication and collaboration among students. Provide tutoring assistance to enhance individual learning experiences. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators to facilitate improvement.
Experience:

Working with children Experience supporting those SEND needs Working within a classroom A valid DBS (Preferred) A valid driving license (Preferred)
Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 or above (Preferred) Safeguarding children (Can be assisted)
